Dr. LAuren O'Hagan
Dr. Lauren O’Hagan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, where she earned an award for Excellence in Restorative Dentistry. She completed a one year general practice residency at Danbury Hospital in CT to expand her skills in general dentistry. Lauren participates in local study clubs and attends dental courses and conferences including seminars at the Pankey Institute and the Spear Institute.
Lauren earned her B.S. in Biology from The College of William and Mary in VA, where she also studied History and Art. She is originally from Norwalk, CT.
Lauren is dedicated to community service. She volunteers with Dr. Boyar at the Caridad Dental Clinic, and she has volunteered at the CT Mission of Mercy as well as on a dental service trip in Chile.
Lauren feels honored to work with such a dedicated team every day and to have Dr. Boyar as a mentor.
Memberships: American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Spear Study Club, and International Team of Implantologists.
When she’s not in the office you might find her: at the beach, at a continuing education course, or traveling somewhere with her husband, Ralph.
Dr. Frank Boyar
Dr. Frank Boyar is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He has been practicing in Delray Beach since 1976 and is originally from Massapequa, NY. During his career, Frank has shown commitment to his patients, the community, and professional dental organizations. He has served as the president of both the Atlantic Coast District Dental Association and the South Palm Beach County Dental Association. He had a pivotal role in founding the Caridad Dental Clinic and Project Dentist Care, programs which continue to provide dental care to many people in need.
Frank has been recognized and honored for his leadership and service by many organizations throughout his career. He earned the distinction of Dentist of the Year from the FDA, the Humanitarian Award from the FL Dental Health Foundation, and the E. Bud Tarrson Access to Oral Health Care Award from the ADA Foundation.
Memberships: American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, South Palm Beach County Dental Association, and International Team of Implantologists.
When he’s not in the office you might find him: walking the beach with his wife, Lynne or fly fishing for tarpon, snook, permit, and bonefish. He even makes his own flies!
